Pregnancy yoga offers a plethora of physical, mental and spiritual benefits for both mother & baby. It’s an opportunity to invest nurturing instincts, nourishing your own mind and body whilst beginning the bonding process with your unborn child.
Is it for me?
It’s not just an opportunity to stretch and release tension in the muscles but to build awareness around the pelvic area and to begin to understand what will aid and support your labour. Weekly classes are a great way to connect with others experiences, make lifelong friends, share your journey and have fun.
What will it do for me?
Pregnancy yoga will teach you practical breathing techniques and encourage gentle movement complimented by periods of relaxation. You will leave classes feeling rested, positive and empowered.

Gentle Flow Yoga we explore the Power Vinyasa poses taking extra time to breath and relax.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time.
Power Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next.
Hot Yoga is a Power Vinyasa Yoga sequence practiced in a heated room.
